Solo Australia stand behind the product that we sell and guarantee, under normal use, the product for the period indicated in the table on the following page. The product is guaranteed to cover the manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship. The guarantee does not cover wearing parts or failure caused by misuse or failure to follow the Instruction Manual. Misuse may be caused by using a chemical that is not recommended for the sprayer, inadequate cleaning, and/or physical misuse. Any alterations to this product are to be performed by a Solo Australia Approved Service Agent. Any repairs performed by anon-approved personnel may void the guarantee.

To make a claim, complete the form below or contact Clayton Engineering on phone 1300 798 022 or email [email protected]. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and then will be instructed on the procedure for repairing or replacement of the product under warranty. All costs incurred for repair or replacement, and additional claims can be discussed at this stage.

This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
